Overview

This website and store are operated by CyberGen, LLC under the AuditModel brand. Throughout these terms, "AuditModel," "we," "us," and "our" refer to CyberGen, LLC. Shopify provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer the website, digital products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By visiting, using, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Digital products and license

AuditModel offers downloadable governance tools, templates, training materials, reference resources, and related digital content. Product descriptions, included files, pricing, and availability may change before purchase.

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase provides a single-organization license for one named legal entity, with unlimited internal users in that organization. Internal editing, branding, printing, and circulation are permitted. Resale, sublicensing, public posting, multi-client distribution, and redistribution of the files as templates are prohibited. Additional details appear on the License & Support page, which is incorporated into these terms.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing error, or product unavailability. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment processing. You authorize the applicable charges and represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Taxes are applied where required. Because products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping charge applies unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

4. Digital delivery and refunds

After successful payment, Shopify sends an order confirmation and AuditModel sends a separate download email. Delivery is normally immediate but may be delayed by email filtering, payment review, or technical issues. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

Digital purchases are final after access is supplied except as required by applicable law or provided in our Refund Policy. Eligible access or product defects are handled first through repair, replacement, or re-delivery.

5. Customer responsibilities

The materials are customizable starting points, not legal, tax, accounting, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, or other professional advice. They do not certify compliance, approve a tool or organization, or guarantee an outcome. You are responsible for adapting the materials to applicable laws, professional duties, contracts, clients, tools, data, and circumstances, and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

You must not submit confidential, regulated, privileged, or security-sensitive information through store forms or support email.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduce malicious code; interfere with the Services; bypass access controls; scrape or extract content in violation of applicable law or posted restrictions; impersonate another person; or use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, and product materials are owned by CyberGen, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted with a purchased product, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. Shopify names and marks belong to Shopify and its licensors.

8. Third-party services

The Services may include links to or functionality provided by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Shopify powers this store, but purchases are made directly from CyberGen, LLC under the AuditModel brand. Shopify is not the seller of AuditModel products.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated on the applicable product page. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, universal compatibility, legal sufficiency, compliance, or fitness for a particular organizational use. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberGen, LLC, AuditModel, and their affiliates, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from the Services or products. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.

11. Privacy, changes, and termination

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's privacy terms. We may correct errors, update the Services or these terms, discontinue products, or suspend access for a material breach. Changes take effect when posted or as otherwise required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where CyberGen, LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the Services.
