Refund policy

Because this product is delivered digitally, purchases are final after access is supplied except where applicable law or this policy provides otherwise.

Contact info.cybergen@proton.me within 14 calendar days of purchase if the delivered files are inaccessible, incomplete, corrupt, duplicated in error, or materially different from the product description. Include the order number and a concise description of the problem. Do not send confidential customer materials.

AuditModel will first attempt to repair, replace, or re-deliver the product. If an eligible problem cannot be remedied promptly, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Change-of-mind refunds after access is supplied are not included.

This policy does not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
