Digital delivery

This is a digital product. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies.

After successful payment, Shopify sends an order confirmation and AuditModel sends a separate email with the download link. Delivery is normally immediate, but email filtering, payment review, or a technical issue can cause a delay.

If the download email does not arrive, check the spam or junk folder and confirm that the address used at checkout is correct. For delivery or file-access help, contact info.cybergen@proton.me with the order number. The target first response is within two U.S. business days; this is not a guaranteed service level.
